How do I book a helicopter tour?

Please click on the “Book Now” button, on the top menu of each page, or on the tour’s page itself, and fill out our Reservation Form. We will follow up with you to finalize and confirm your booking. Alternatively, you can also call us at +1 (268) 789-HELI (4354). Please note that a 5% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, however your billing method will not be charged until 48 hours prior to your flight.

Please send us the details of your charter needs via our Request a Quotation Form and one of our staff will be happy to follow-up with you.

If your tour is cancelled by us due to weather concerns, we will do our best to reschedule you to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a complete refund, including the 5% deposit that was used to secure your reservation. Please note that weather in the Caribbean can shift quickly, so these kind of cancellations will usually only occur on the day of your tour.

We require a minimum of a 48-hour notice if you are revising or cancelling your flight with us. Changes and/or cancellations must be made by calling us at +1 (268) 789-HELI (4354) between the hours of 8am and 5pm AST. Full booking charges will be incurred for any changes and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of your flight.

Our aircraft can accommodate up to six (6) passengers.

Unfortunately, due to our need to safely distribute passenger weight in the aircraft, we are unable to guarantee specific seating arrangements. Rest assured that every seat has excellent visibility, with raised, stadium-style seating, and no rear-facing seats or partitions to block your view.

If you have had past concerns with motion sickness, taking an anti-nauseant to safeguard against it may be wise. With that said, the type of helicopters we fly are known for having very smooth flights. Many people who typically suffer from motion sickness find they do not have any issues when they fly with us, though it never hurts to bring medicine with you if you have concerns.

Our three locations can be found here. For tours, you are most likely to be checking in at our Fort Road Heliport, however our reservations team will confirm which site you will be using when your booking is being confirmed.
