The Calvin Ayre Foundation (CAF) has provided critical support to Antiguan taxi driver, Kimroy Williams, helping him to access urgent overseas medical care and return home safely after a successful surgery in Trinidad. Williams had been hospitalised at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre with a severe spinal condition that left him in significant pain and unable to walk.

A 42-year-old man is now recovering at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre (SLBMC) after allegedly receiving a stab wound to the lower right abdomen on the sister-isle over the weekend.

The patient was medically evacuated to seek further surgical attention on the mainland.
